    List of Ingredients

    -1 1/2 lb sharp Cheddar, grated
    -1 tsp. dry mustard
    -1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    -1/4 lb blue cheese, grated
    -1/2 tsp. salt
    -2 dashes Tabasco
    -12 oz. beer


    Recipe

    -Mix everything till smooth.
    -Chill over night to let flavors blend
    -Serve in a bowl with Fritos or other chips
