1 3/4 oz. powdered fruit pectin
1 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. honey
1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tbsps. lemon juice
Recipe
Combine pectin, celery seed and salt. Stir in juices and honey. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour. Serve on fruit salads. 15 calories per tablespoon.
