Sausage and Egg Breakfast
Slngle Recipe
· 5 Eggs
· 1 C Milk
· 4 Slices white bread, cubed fine
· 1 Tbl prepared mustard
· 1 lb. bulk sausage
· 1 1/2 C cheddar cheese, grated
· Salt and pepper to taste
Double Recipe
· 12 Eggs
· 2 C Milk
· 8 Slices white bread, cubed fine
· 2 Tbl prepared mustard
· 2 1/2 lbs. bulk sausage
· 3 C cheddar cheese, grated
Beat eggs and milk together. Add bread,
cheese, mustard, salt and pepper. Brown
sausage. Drain well. Stir into egg mixture.
Pour mixture into shallow buttered pan.
Mixture should be no more than an inch
deep. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° F.
for 20 to 35 minutes or until knife stuck in
two inches from center comes out clean.
