    List of Ingredients




    3 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla
    3 c flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp oil
    3 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 c chopped nuts
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1 c sugar
    2 cups raw zuchini (peeled and blended)

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 F for an hour or until toothpick comes ot clean.
