    Braunschweiger Spread

    List of Ingredients




    1 - 8 oz Cream Cheese
    Chunk of Braunschweiger (about 1/2 cup)
    2 tbsp. mayonaise
    1 Tbsp. onion finely diced
    dash garlic salt
    dash pepper
    chopped fresh parsley. Chill til ready to serve.

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together, form into a ball and roll in finely chopped fresh parsley. Chill until ready to serve.
