    Liqueur: Homemade Coffee Liqueur

    List of Ingredients

    4 cups sugar
    1/2 cup instant coffee granules
    3 cups water
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cups high proof vodka
    3 tablespoons pure vanilla extract

    Recipe

    Combine sugar and water; boil till sugar dissolves. Reduce heat to simmer & simmer 1 hour. LET COOL. Stir in vodka & vanilla. Pour up.
