    Chicken in Pesto Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    1 chicken breast
    1 teaspoon pesto sauce
    1 tablespoon cream cheese
    3 slices bacon

    Recipe



    Mix the pesto and cheese together. Skin the chicken breast and cut a pocket in it. Stuff it with the pesto mixture and wrap it with the bacon. Wrap it in foil and bake at 400ºF for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve with rice. Serves 1.
