Three-Cheese Bread

List of Ingredients
◦ 1 loaf sourdough French bread, halved lengthwise
◦ Dijon mustard, for spreading on bread
◦ 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
◦ 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
◦ ˝ cup grated mozzarella cheese
◦ ˝ cup chopped parsley
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350° F. Place bread on baking sheet and spread mustard evenly on cut sides.
In a bowl and using a fork, toss together cheeses and parsley. Sprinkle cheese mixture on top of bread.
Bake until bread is warm and cheese is melted, 10 to 12 minutes. Cut into 1 ˝-inch slices.
Makes about 24 slices
