Butter: Vanilla Butter

- 8 Tbsp softened butter
- 1 Tbsp confectioners' sugar
- ½ vanilla bean
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend the softened butter with the confectioners' sugar, the seeds from half a vanilla bean, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. After mixing, roll in parchment paper to form a log. Refrigerate for up to a week, or freeze for up to 2 months.
