• 1 cup flour
  
• 1/2 cup salt
  
• 2 Tbsp cream of tartar OR alum
  
• 1 cup water
  
• Food coloring
  






Instructions



1. Cook over medium heat about 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. It will thicken. Turn out onto a plate, and when cool enough to handle, knead. Store in an airtight container once it has cooled.
