• 3 Tbsp flour
  
• Ham, sausage or bacon grease
  
• Water
  
• Milk
  
• Salt and pepper
  






Instructions



1. Add flour to the grease in a hot pan to brown. Thin the mixture with a little water and add milk, salt and pepper. Stir until thick. Add crumbled fried sausage for a real treat.
   
   Serve over homemade biscuits.
