List of Ingredients
1 chicken breast half for each serving
1 cup broccoli flowerets for each serving
1 can cream of chicken soup for every two servings
½ cup mild shredded cheddar for each serving
¼ cup mayonnaise for each serving
¼ cup sour cream for each serving
1 (8-ounce) bag Italian 6-cheese blend
Recipe
Cook chicken in chicken broth until done. Do not over cook. Cool and slice each breast half into about 8 pieces. Steam broccoli only until crisp tender. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In an appropriate size casserole, (sprayed with Pam) layer broccoli in the bottom of the prepared pan. Sprinkle Italian 6-cheese blend generously over the broccoli. Layer chicken pieces over the broccoli. Combine soup, cheddar, mayonnaise and sour cream. Spoon over the chicken. Bake until bubbly and the cheese is beginning to turn golden.
