    (This is a hard crunchy cookie.)


    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. unsalted butter
    1 ½ cups sugar
    3 ½ cups flour
    2 tsps. vanilla

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients and drop by ice cream scoop on ungreased cookie sheets.

    Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
