    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup Olive Oil
    • 2 cups Sugar
    • 4 Beaten Eggs
    • 2 cups Flour
    • 2 tablespoons Baking Soda
    • 1 tablespoon Salt
    • 3 cups Gratted Carrots
    • 1 tablaspoon Cinnamon


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Pour into 2 greased & floured 9 inch round cake pan.
    2. Bake at 325 degree for 30 minutes.
