Blueberry Swirl Pie (T&T)

List of Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (or "Neufchatel" cheese), at room temperature
1 (6-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (may use reduced or fat free)
1 (8-ounce) tub Cool Whip or other non-dairy whipped topping (may use Cool Whip Lite), thawed
1 (21-ounce) can blueberry pie filling divided use
2 (8-inch) graham cracker crumb pie crusts Recipe
In a mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until creamy. Add the lemonade concentrate and sweetened condensed milk and beat until well blended. Fold in the whipped topping. Spoon half of the mixture into each of the pie crusts. Spoon about 1/2 cup of the blueberry pie filling onto each pie and swirl gently; reserve the remainder for garnishing the pies. Chill for several hours or overnight. Garnish individual servings with reserved blueberry pie filling.
Yield: 2 (8-inch) Pies
