    Creamy Parmesan Rice with Chicken (4)

    List of Ingredients




    1 tablespoon oil
    4 Skinless Chicken Breasts, frozen
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 1/2 cups rice (not quick cooking)
    2 (14.5 ounce) cans low-sodium chicken broth
    1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
    1 cup frozen peas, thawed

    Recipe



    1 COOK: Heat oil in medium skillet. Add chicken, cook over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, or until light brown; season with salt and pepper, if desired. Add garlic, cook briefly. Stir in rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese and peas.

    2 SERVE: Cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

    3 CHILL: Refrigerate leftovers immediately.

    This just happens to be one of Spongebob's favorite recipes.
