4 cups toasted flour
4 cups full cream powdered milk
1 cup butter
1 cup margarine
3 cups sugar
Recipe
After toasting flour (do not over cook) cool,
combine with sugar and milk and sift 3 times. Set aside.
Melt butter and margarine then cool.
Combine all ingredients and mix well using pastry cutter until well blended.
Mold it and wrap with Japanese paper.
