6 slices Bacon (regular or turkey)
1/4 C Spring Onion
1 beaten Egg
2 T Sugar
1 t Salt
1/3 C Red Wine Vinegar
2 T Water
Recipe
Fry bacon and remove. Add onions to grease. Fry and remove pan from heat. Add rest of ingredients and cook until thickened. Add crumbled bacon. Pour over leaf lettuce.
