    Lemon-Pepper Thyme Rub

    List of Ingredients




    6 tablespoons lemon pepper
    2 tablespoons ground thyme
    2 tablespoons paprika
    2 teaspoons granulated garlic
    1 teaspoon sugar
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
    ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
    ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

    Recipe



    Mix all together store in airtight container. Use as a rub on meat of choice. To use: Rub into meat, wrap in plastic. Let rub marinate meat several hours or overnight.
