List of Ingredients

juice and grated peel of 1 lemon, 1 lime & 1 orange
1 egg
1 C sugar



Recipe

Stir and cook over medium heat, stirring constantl, until mixture boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat. Cool, cover and chill.
makes about 1 C.

Fold in 1/2 c whipped cream for a creamy version.
