    Lamb in 2 inch cubes
    cherry tomatoes
    bell pepper in 2 inch pieces
    Mushroom caps
    small onions
    summer squash cut in rounds

    Marinade;
    1/2 C olive oil
    1/4 C lemon juice
    1 C red wine
    3 garlic cloves, crushed
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    4 bay leaves, broken up

    Recipe



    Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate the lamb for 2 days in the fridge.
    An hour before cooking skewer all the ingredients, reserving the marinade.
    Place skewers in a large Ziploc bag and add the marinade. Chill for an hour.
    Broil over medium coals until browned, about 8 minutes.
