Leaves follow sun North and South.

List of Ingredients

Leaves, early spring (a few inches tall) in salad. Lower stem and center of leaf has prickles. Boiled they quickly loose the prickles.
To reduce bitterness cook in 2 waters. Edible until leaves are 16 inched high. Goes well with bacon.
