    1 pink chocolate ice cream
    1/2 cup milk
    2 T creme de Menthe OR 6 drops mint extract
    1 t vanilla
    1/2 t ground nutmeg

    Recipe



    In Blender, combine ice cream, milk, mint, vanilla & nutmeg. Cover; blend till mixed. If necessary, add more milk for desired consistency. Serve immediately.
