1 c butter
4 c flour
2 c sugar
3 eggs


Recipe



Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat & add 2 cups of flour & sugar. Beat in eggs 1 at a time until well blended. Slowly mix in remaining 2 cups of flour. Roll out dough 1/4" thick on a floured board or surface. Cut cookies out w/ Christmas shape cookie cutters & place 1 1/2" apart on cookie sheets. Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown at the edges. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
