Using juice from apples processed in steamer/juicer

1-Strain juice from steamed apples through cheese cloth and combine in a large pot.
2-PREPARE boiling water canner. Heat jars in simmering water until ready for use. Do not boil. Wash and rinse lids, keep warm in pan of water and set bands aside.
3-HEAT apple juice to 190°F over medium-high heat.
4-LADLE hot juice to hot jars leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Wipe rim. Center hot lid on jar. Apply band and adjust until fit is fingertip tight. Place jar in boiling water canner. Repeat until all jars are filled.
5-PROCESS filled jars in a boiling water canner for 10 minutes, adjusting for altitude. Remove jars and cool. Check lids for seal after 24 hours. Lid should not flex up and down when center is pressed.
