List of Ingredients

2 #'s (32 oz) cream cheese
1 C sugar
2 Eggs (beat slightly)
1 t vanilla
2 T cornstarch
1 C sour cream



Recipe

Beat Cream Cheese & sugar until light & fluffy; Add eggs, vanilla & cornstarch & beat. Stir in sour cream. Pour into a 9 " spring form pan. Bake @ 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 200 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. Cool 3 hours in oven with door slightly open. Chill. Can serve with pie filling.
