Boil, debone and chop enough chicken for your family,
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 canned tomatoes, chopped

In a pot, I sauted the onion, garlic,tomatoes and chicken briefly, added a can of mixed vegetables.
Mix together 3 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper and two cups broth from the boiled chicken; add to chicken and vegetables and let thicken (I once used a packet of country gravy, and it worked well)
Crust:
1 cup bisquick
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
IN a pie pan, sprayed with non stick cooking spray, pour your chicken mixture, pour on top the crust mixture, back in an over of 400 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
