Recipe Introduction
Fresh mozzarella, plum tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil and pasta it’s all we need for a fantastic pasta salad.
List of Ingredients
Pasta Mozzarella Salad
13 ounces pasta (Rigatoni, Gomitoni)
5 plum tomatoes, seeded, coarsely chopped
1 pound fresh mozzarella cheese, cubes
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup fresh basil, choppedRecipe
Mix tomatoes, mozzarella, garlic,oil, salt and pepper into medium bowl.
Let stand 1 hour at room temperature. Add basil. C
ook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water and 1 tablespoon oil until just tender but still firm to bite.
Drain. Add pasta in mozzarella mixture, combine and serve.
