    California Fudge


    3 ounces cream cheese
    1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    4 cups powdered sugar
    ½ cup chopped walnuts

    Recipe




    Cream cheese till soft.

    Add lemon peel and juice gradually.

    Blend well.

    Add sugar gradually.

    Stir in nuts.

    Press into a greased 9 by 5 inch pan and chill till firm.

    Makes 18 large pieces.
