2-14 oz. cans Swanson Beef Broth
1 stalk celery, coarsely chopped
1 medium carrot, sliced
1/4 cups uncooked regular long-grain white rice
Recipe
In medium saucepan mix broth, celery and carrots and bring to a boil.
Stir in rice.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and cook 20 minutes or until rice is done.
