    Bisquick Sour Cream Pancakes

    2 cups Bisquick® baking mix
    1 egg
    1 cup water
    2/3 cup sour cream

    Preheat griddle until water dances across the surface when sprinkled on the hot surface.

    Beat all ingredients together. Spoon batter onto hot griddle. Turn pancakes once when edges appear dry.

    Makes about 20 4-inch pancakes.
