    1/4 cup soft butter
    3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
    1 egg
    1 1/2 cups Bisquick® baking mix
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
    2 chocolate coconut bars -- cut up

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Mix butter, sugar and egg; stir in remaining ingredients.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake about 10 minutes or until light brown. About 3 dozen small cookies.
