Cornbread Chicken

List of Ingredients
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
6 cups cubed cornbread
8 bread slices, cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
2 (10-3/4-ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth or water
2 tablespoons margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepperRecipe
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and gently mix to coat chicken. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350°F 45 minutes, or until heated through. Serves 4–6 Serve with steamed asparagus.
NOTES : Make an extra big pan of cornbread earlier in the week so there will be enough leftovers to add to this tasty entree.
