List of Ingredients



• 2 3/4 cup flour
  
• 1 tsp baking soda
  
• 1/4 tsp salt
  
• 2 unbeaten eggs
  
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
  
• 2 tsps cream of tartar (must be fresh)
  
• 1 cup shortning
  
• 1 teaspoons sugar
  
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  






Instructions



1. cream together flour, baking soda, salt, eggs, cream of tartar and shortning.
   
   
2. mix until it forms a firm dough
   
   
3. take a walnut sized piece of dough and roll into a ball
   
   
4. roll ball in 1 tsp sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon mixed together.
   
   
5. place on ungreased cookie sheet....do not flatten out
