Steamed Buttery Asparagus

1 lb. Asparagus
2 tsps. grated lemon zest
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup Molly McButterŽ Natural Butter Flavor sprinkles
Fresh parsley or lemon zest for garnishRecipe
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place a large sheet of heavy aluminum foil on a baking pan. Roll
edges to keep liquid inside. Place the asparagus on the foil and
sprinkle with lemon zest. Whisk together chicken broth and Molly
McButterŽ sprinkles. Pour over asparagus and fold up aluminum foil
and seal. Bake for 20 minutes or until asparagus are al dente. Place
the asparagus on a platter, pour the juices over and serve
immediately, garnished with parsley or lemon zest.
