We like our green tomatoes fried with just flour, salt and pepper mixed together and fry.... I have tried them all ways and I like this the best...

YOU CAN FREEZE THEM AFTER FRYING PUTTING ON A COOKIE SHEET AND THEN PUT IN FREEZER BAG AFTER FREEZING.... Put them on a cookie sheet and heat them up at 400 deg. for about 7 min or so until cripsy.... So good...
