    Rhubarb Strawberry Swirl Pie

    3 oz. pkg of strawberry jello
    3 c. diced rhubarb
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 box instant vanilla pudding
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp vanilla
    8 oz carton of cool whip
    1 graham cracker crust

    Pour sugar over rhubarb and let set one hour.
    Simmer until tender; 10 to 15 minutes
    Add jello and stir until dissolved
    Set aside to cool until syrupy
    Prepared pudding with milk and vanilla. When thick fold in cool whip. Pour rhubarb mixture into pie crust.
    Pour pudding mix over top and swirl together. Refrigerate several hours until set.

    This is a very tasty pie!
