    1 C marshmallow cream
    1 C mayonnaise
    1 tsp. ginger (optional)
    2 tsp. orange rind
    1/4 C orange juice

    Recipe



    In a small bowl, beat marshmallow creme and mayonnaise until smooth.

    Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate.

    Serve with fresh fruit.
