Marinated and Grilled Flank Steak

INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 pounds flank steak
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced shallots
1/4 cup thyme, chopped
1/4 cup oregano, chopped
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 ounces balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine garlic, shallots, thyme, oregano, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl and mix well. Brush flank steak with marinade and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Place flank steak on a hot grill and cook 7 to 10 minutes.
TIPS
Flank steak should be cut on a bias against the grain.Recipe
