    4 tablespoons Flour
    3 tablespoons Splenda
    1 tablespoon cocoa
    1/8 teaspoon baking powder
    2 tablespoon peanut butter
    1 medium egg
    4 tablespoons milk
    1 tablespoon oil
    1/4 tablespoon vanilla extract

    Recipe

    Put all ingredients in a mug.
    Mix hard.
    Zap in the microwave for 3 minutes
