Strawberry Piņa Colada - Non-Alcoholic

List of Ingredients




1 pint strawberries
3 Tblsp. sugar
2 Tblsp. water
2 cups ice
1/2 cup Coco Lopez coconut cream
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 oz. cream or half-and-half


Recipe



Wash strawberries and remove hulls. Place in a blender with sugar and water. Blend until smooth. Recipe makes 2 cups of strawberry sauce, so you'll have extra. You can freeze any left over for future use. Place ice, coconut cream, pineapple juice and cream or half and half in a blender. Add 1/2 cup of the strawberry sauce. Blend until smooth. Pour into piņa colada glasses and garnish with a pineapple wedge and whole strawberry. Serves 2.
