    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups sliced carrots
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
    • 2 tsp chopped parsley
    • 1-1/2 tsp mustard


    Instructions


    1. Steam or microwave the carrots until crisp-tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, tossing to coat evenly.
