Just Good Chili

List of Ingredients
1½ pounds ground chuck
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
2 (15 ounce) cans ranch style beans
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles
1 cup water
2 T chili powder
1 T ground cumin
1 tsp pepperRecipe
In a Dutch oven, cook beef, onion, and garlic until browned, stirring until beef crumbles; drain well.
Add canned ingredients, water, chili powder, ground cumin and pepper, stirring well. Bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
Garnish with sour cream, cheese and green onions, if desired.
