    One of my favorite dishes for breakfast.


    List of Ingredients


    • 6-8 Pieces of Matzoh
    • 1 cup boiling water
    • 2 eggs - whisked together
    • Salt (to taste)
    • 3 Tablespoons Butter


    Instructions


    1. Break the Matzoh into small pieces and place in a medium bowl.
    2. Pour the boiling water over the Matzoh and allow to soften.
    3. Add the eggs and salt
    4. In a medium skillet over medium high heat melt the butter.
    5. When the foan subsides transfer the matzoh mixture to the pan.
    6. Fry until crisp and golden.
    7. Flip and fry the other side.
    8. Transfer to a plate and you can sprinkle with powdered sugar and top with jam.


    Final Comments


    Sometimes I add milk and make more like scrambled eggs. (I think this might really be breaking Jewish Kosher laws). Really Good!
