    This recipe is delicious! You can make a fajita wrap using a lettuce leaf, or simply eat it in a bowl - but we prefer to make a Chicken Fajita Salad.

    List of Ingredients




    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 to 1 1/4 pounds) cut into thin strips
    1-2 Tablespoons oil
    1/3 cup water
    1 bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 Tablespoons of Chicken Fajita Seasoning Mix (recipe listed in "Seasonings" category)

    Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet 5 minutes on medium-high heat. Add seasoning mix, water, pepper and onion; cook & stir on medium heat 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender.

    For salad: Toss this with chopped lettuce, onions, cheese, sour cream - whatever you like!
