    Sweet: Strawberry Bread

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups sugar
    3 cups flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs (beaten)
    2 cups frozen strawberries (Thawed)


    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into loaf pans (2) and bake for 60-70 minutes.

    YIELD: 2 Loaves
