    • 1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 2lb. Ricotta cheese smooth
    • 4 eggs
    • 2tsp vanilla


    Instructions


    1. prepare cake mix according to directions
    2. pour into 9x13 greased pan
    3. mix cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. pour over cake mix and marble with knife.
    4. bake at 350 for 70 min.
