    Recipe Introduction


    Serves 8
    1/2 cup servings
    2 points per 1/2 cup


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 ( 5oz ) packages sliced dried beef
    • 4 cups skim milk
    • 3/4 cup flour
    • 1/4 cup fat free margarine
    • 1/2 tsp pepper


    Instructions


    1. Chop dried beef in small pieces.
    2. Pour milk into a large saucepan;
    3. add flour and whisk until flour is dissolved.
    4. Add margarine and pepper.
    5. Cook over medium heat until hot.
    6. Add dried beef and stir constantly until mixture becomes thick and smooth.


    Final Comments


    Serve over toast, potatoes, or biscuits for additional points.
