    Salmon Marinade

    List of Ingredients


    • Large salmon filet
    • Marinade:
    • 2 parts soy sauce
    • 1 part real maple syrup
    • coarse black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Mix soy sauce and syrup.

    2. Place salmon in large zip-top plastic bag. Pour marinade over salmon. Refrigerate overnight.

    3. Press coarse black pepper on filet.

    4. Broil or grill a few minutes on each side.
