Vanilla Frosting

List of Ingredients



• 1/2 C. milk
  
• 2 Tbsp. flour
  
• 1/2 C. shortening
  
• 1/2 C. sugar
  
• 1 tsp. vanilla
  






Instructions



1. Whisk flour and milk together.
   
   
2. Microwave in a bowl 1 min., stirring once. Set aside to cool.
   
   
3. In a bowl, combine shortening and sugar.
   
   
4. Add flour/milk mixture and beat till fluffy.
   
   
5. Add vanilla and blend in.
   
   






Final Comments


Frosts one 8x8 cake. For 13x9 cake, double the recipe.
